Anyone else thought about absentee voting this year?  I'm not due until the 22nd, but DS came at 37 weeks, so I'm a little nervous of going early again and being in labor on election day.  I would hate to not be able to vote, so I thought about requesting an absentee ballot to vote early.  What are your thoughts?

    In Maryland we have early voting, so I plan to do that as soon as it starts.  I would have to be almost 4 weeks early to miss the election, but still, don't want to risk it.  I would think about absentee if we didn't have early voting.

    I am voting early. Ours starts Oct 6th or we can call in to the courthouse and request a ballot be mailed for absentee voting.

    i'm doing early voting. my RCS is scheduled for the 2nd (woohoo!) but i don't want to go vote 2 days out of the hospital.

    In WA, all voting is by mail, so I don't have to do anything special to vote by mail, thankfully.  If I were in another state where voting is done in-person, I would probably request an absentee ballot to ensure I wouldn't miss Election Day this year.

    I always vote absentee, it's just so much easier. So that's the plan this time as well.

    I'm thinking absentee. I'm not due till the 29th, but I'm being taken off my procardia for preterm labor at 36 weeks which is Nov. 1, so who knows when this guy is coming so absentee seems to make the most sense.

    My RSC is scheduled for Nov. 6th, voting day, so I will definitely be doing early voting. In Texas we can just walk in and vote on early designated voting days.

    Absentee for me, my hubby and my folks! We're in FL and it is super simple to just go online to the supervisor of elections office and fill out the form- done!
