Well hello there....

It's 6:45 am and it's already going to be the worst Wednesday....ever. I've been up since 4:15, AF came, first one since m/c, and the *** is on a war path. I have never had cramps so bad in my life.

Side note: this is cd1 in chart right?
Me - 27, DH - 32

EDD #1 3/30/13 - MC 8/24/12

    Yes, it would be CD1.  I hope your cramps ease up and that your day goes better.

    My 1st AF after my m/c's were both more painful than normal.  Not sure why.  Those thermacare patches worked fantastic for me!

    My first AF post loss was horrible. These are great though. And don't worry. She gets easier. Each one is a little lighter and less terrible than the last.

    Boo to AF being such a b!tch. Hopefully the cramps ease up soon. Can you take the day off work and just stay in bed with heating pads?

    My first AF after my loss was really tough, especially the first day.  I was crazy emotional and the cramps were terrible.  I hope you feel better soon!

    I wish -- I used up most of my PTO with Doctor visits and my D&C.  Plus work will give me an "Occurrence" since I didn't give 24 hour notice.  Did I mention I also have hated my job more than usual lately and I am actively looking for a new one?!  Can we do a Throat Punch Thursday *Wednesday Edition*

    (Wine is really just grape juice, after all. Totally acceptable for breakfast! Wink)

    My first AF after m/c was awful as well. But, as the ladies below said, thermacare helped for me. Hope it eases up on you!!
