Yep! The concern with natural fibres is that they have oils that prevent absorption that can deposit onto other materials (i.e., microfibre) and cause thus cause repelling. But as long as you prep natural fibres together, the oils will eventually wash out after 5-6 times. If you are just doing inserts (no snaps, no velcro, no elastic), you can boil them for about 20 minutes, preferably with a little blue Dawn, which will cut the wash time significantly. You can also prep them with your regular laundry to cut down on unnecessary washes.
