I come in to check it out and to catch up with some of my May mommas... Much to my dismay it seems that the June mama's have jumped ship over to this board and are continuing what seems to be a never ending drama.
I don't know who Allison is and I don't care who her husband it. I wasn't on some fb group where a bunch of drama happened. If someone sent someone money that is their prerogative. Honestly and truly... If you donated money and felt like you were conned then it is your problem. Not my problem and not the May mom's problem either.
The May mama's that I know are fabulous ladies with wonderful LO's... They come to this board to ask and share advice.
If anyone is trying to scam/ask for money -- wouldn't it be up to the individual if they want to be duped and or to donate? It really isn't your "quest in life" to warn the rest of TB about one person. We are all smart ladies who stay out of drama and do not take lightly to bullies.
If you have a May baby or perhaps were due in May and have been posting in May all along but perhaps your LO came early or late... Then by all means post away! But if you are a June mama - Please get off of our board. It was nice and cozy before people started too much drama for your mama over here.

yeah. I do appreciate the warning, but the point has been made. I'm sorry for those who were scammed, either with their money or their time and sympathy, and I'm sorry for those who are upset that they shared their kids' pics with this woman and her husband. I am glad I know, and will avoid mysteriousmommy and remember to be wary about who I share info with.
But if y'all want to continue discussing this... could you do it elsewhere?
Ditto PP's. Thank you for the warning, and I can understand that it's coming from a good place but it's clearly gotten out of hand. The May board has been such a safe place for me and other moms to post without any bullying or drama that I can recall, ever. I've enjoyed that aspect of it so much and hopefully we can move forward that way.
I do feel bad for those that were duped by whoever, but the truth is, this is the internet. Any one of the screen names on TB on any given day could be somebody like this "Allison" person, or a straight up predator. It's scary but that's reality. We see trolls and AEs all the time on other boards (luckily not so much here to my knowledge) so it's unfortunate to say, but I don't trust anybody with any important info that I don't know IRL.

Seriously. I like this board and like that I sort of "know" these ladies. .leave the drama For other boards. We be tight up in here.
