  Oooooh you should make and freeze a ton of applesauce for lo. Also apple pie comes to mind.

  Umm flattened cinnamon roll crust apple pie?! That sounds disturblingly delicous!
  
  I must say its kind of a pain in the ass peeling, coring and chopping apple after apple. How long do apples last? I've never bought more than a few days worth before at the store. I can't believe I've never gone apple picking before, its super fun!
