  I did. Abdominal and it didn't hurt at all. Also no pain afterwards.

  I had an amnio which is a little different but it hurt way less than I was expecting.

  Yes. They had to do it twice through my abdomen and still didn't get a good enough sample so I had to go back a week later. I found it to be highly uncomfortable. When I gave birth to my son I did hypnobirthing so I used those skills to ignore the pain. When I went the second time they were able to do it vaginally..... I felt nothing. It felt like a pap.
