Okay. They aren't the most amazing things in the world, but maybe one of you very intelligent ladies can "fix" my recipe. I started with this recipe: https://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/09/pumpkin-spiced-oatmeal-pecan-cookies.html
Then I tweaked it a little to make them lactation cookies with decent success.
Here's what I did to the ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour (same)
2 cups quick oats (I used steel cut oats instead - making it obviously much more crunchy than rolled or quick rolled oats would be, but also far more lactogenic. Regular rolled oats would still help supply while making chewier cookies)
1 tsp baking powder (same)
1/2 tsp baking soda (same)
1/2 tsp salt (same)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (same)
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (I didn't have this, so I used 1tsp allspice, 1/2tsp ginger and 1/2 tsp cloves - it was too heavy in allspice)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature (same)
1/2 cup sugar (same)
1/2 cup unpacked brown sugar (same)
1 large egg (I substituted 1 Tbsp of flax meal soaked in 3Tbsp water for 2+ minutes)
6 tbsp canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) (same)
2 tsp vanilla extract (same)
3/4 cup chopped pecans (I omitted because I'm not a huge nut-in-my-cookie fan)
And I added 2 Tbsp of Brewer's Yeast to the initial dry ingredient mix. I easily could have added another 2 Tbsp, because I don't note any of the flavor in the cookies.
I followed the rest of the directions as listed, and they turned out to be soft, though not perfectly chewy (thank you steel cut oats) cookies. They are a bit spicy, so I wish I had noticed that I had nutmeg and had made up a legitimate batch of pumpkin pie spice for this, but it's not gross spicy. They're also not the sweetest cookies, but that's because they're a "skinny" recipe.
Feel free to tweak it to your liking, because it's not a bad change from the traditional oatmeal/oatmeal chocolate chip/oatmeal raisin lactation cookies.

Re: Pumpkin Lactation Cookies
It really ups my pumping output. However my body adjusts and kind of re-regulates itself. I took a week or 2 off from the cookies and made them again last Sunday night. I ate several before bed and woke up rock hard and broke my pumping record that day. I didn't have a low supply before but I'm hooked on the cookies and I horde BM.
Ohh great to know. Thank you! Any particular recipe you love?
I make these but I make them vegan and soy free. The result is a cross between a cookie and a cliff bar. I have no idea how they should taste.

BTW, your lo is super cute and I love the blanket in your siggy.
What are you avoiding? I can mod a lot but don't remember what you can/can't have right now?
Thanks! I knit it while I was pregnant and finally sewed it together last month.
@Nicole - You made it yourself? That's awesome!
@Huahua- My subs are below
*Replace egg w/ a mashed banana
*Replace chocolate chips with Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
*Replace butter with Earths Balance RED (dairy sory free). Although last night I was out and just added extra peanut butter.
Again who knows what they are supposed to taste like but I do like my hacked versions.
