Re: Self Care Check-in
1) I did the challenge but I didn't do much outside of that.
2) Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are my weekend. And, since DH has been working overtime on Friday's, I decided I'd take that day to tackle our spare room (a combination guest room, medical supply room, and junk room). It took me from 9:30am to 5:30pm (with 2.5 hours worth of breaks), but I got it done. I weeded through boxes and boxes of medical supplies (and was able to pare it all down so it fit on one industrial storage shelf), and I finally went through all the momentos we brought home from the hospital. Surprisingly, it wasn't as emotional as I thought it was going to be. Ultimately, I like the way the room turned out, but I don't think I can tackle another room for at least a couple weeks.
3) I'm going to try and get some extra Zzzzz's. I'm exhausted!
Agreed! I'm so sorry! You offer support to so many people on this board--I hope we can return the favor.
