I don't even want to think about my last week. I got to the gym once (but managed to burn 500 cal). I was sick so I wanted sleep more than anything! Now that I'm just dealing with a sinus headache, I might try going more times this week. On the up side, I haven't been very hungry.

I did meh this week. I did not get to the gym, LO has been a cranky mess by the end of the day (I'm thinking WW and growth spurt), so I am exhausted by the time he goes to bed and just want to relax. I did fine with eating. I didn't lose any but I didn't gain any either, so that's good. I guess. I'm hoping to get my butt to the gym at least three times this week. I'm also hoping that it will be cool enough to start taking walks with LO again. It's been over 95 almost everyday for the past couple of weeks. Fall? What Fall?
I didn't do as great. I worked out twice, a yoga session and an 8 mile run. But, my eating wasn't as great a few days. I was very stressed with work and my grandmas funeral. So, I stayed the same this week...maybe even up 1/2 a lb.
