Overall goal: lose 20 pounds, tone up abs
This week's progress: lost 0.5 lbs. Smaller than I expected, but I'm trying to maintain the mindset that "a loss is a loss"
Total progress: -2.5 since I started, so 17.5 to go

GTKY: What's your favorite way to reward yourself for meeting weight loss/health goals? Buy myself something I really want. It could be anything. Like a new shirt, or flowers, a book, nail polish. Whatever I am "craving."

This week's progress: maintain (as of Saturday morning) - I was really good at the begining of the week, but by the end, I let stress get to me and ate everything in sight. I completely pigged out Sat and Sun, so I really need to get back on track this week!

GTKY: What's your favorite way to reward yourself for meeting weight loss/health goals? I buy stuff (workout clothes, board games, or accessories) for the small goals (like every 10lbs) - when I hit my goal weight, DH is taking me on a shopping spree. My closet is VERY old (don't think I've bought a new shirt in over 4 years) - actually DH wants to take me on a shopping spree now, but I won't let him until I lose the weight :-p

This week's progress: Nada....am working out with a trainer twice a week and doing my own cardio 3 times a week. Trying to focus more on eating right this week.
Total progress: Have lost 25lbs since 11/2011. Super slow!
GTKY: What's your favorite way to reward yourself for meeting weight loss/health goals? New clothes...not much of a choice on this one....but I would like to indulge and save to buy myself a LV purse once I reach my 45 pounds lost mark.
