Pretty great morning
for the eve of my would be due date. Had our a/s at 8:30 and everything looks great. Then had DS's 2 year well toddler visit and he did beautifully despite desperately needing a nap by the time we got in there. Our little beanpole is 27 lbs 14 oz and 36 1/2 inches tall. I swear I'm tempted to take the file up to Hershey and wave it in the face of the little snot who wouldn't let him on the baby swings last week. He's a whole 1/2 inch clear of the "Hershey's Kiss" height classification!
Anyway, to top it all off I have an interior designer/color specialist coming at 2:30 to help me figure out the dining room and library, which don't want to come together no matter how hard I try. Eager to see what she suggests!
Fingers crossed my blackberry continues to cooperate with a quiet work day...

Yes it is!! I can't get over this gorgeous weather. Unfortunately the stink bugs seem to love it too.
Anyway, designer just left and she's my new best friend. Dining room is going from blue to brick, library is going to chocolate brown, ceilings are getting warmed up - and drapes on all three windows will be black linen. Rugs and furniture all still work. G-d willing it looks as good on the walls as we think it will. The painting in the dining room should pop much better against the brick wall. She said it would look like a window.
