  I've got at least one $5 one.  I also just posted on the PB that I have some free formula if anyone is interested.  I shall copy and paste my post:

   

   I have a 2.13 lb container of Similar Advance from Costco. It is still sealed. It is good until Dec 2013. It is free to whomever wants/needs it. I only ask that if shipping costs me more than $5 that you pay the difference.
