Fever :(

It seems like a lot of our babies are getting their first cold right now.  I was at my parents this weekend and left early today because DS was feeling warm to me.  Of course it was the first time I travelled without bringing his thermometer with us.  I came home, and his temperature was 102 which was after giving him tylenol before we left my parents.  My question is, should I wake him in the middle of the night to check his temp and give him more tylenol, or should I let him sleep through it?

    DS felt warm to me as I was putting him to sleep so I took his temp and it was 102.4 : I gave home Motrin and put him to sleep. I'm going to feel his head before I go to sleep and if it still feels really warm ill take it again. I'm hoping I don't have to because I don't want to disturb him. Poor sick babies : mine has no other symptoms so the fever really came out of nowhere!

    Let him sleep!

    I would feel him in the middle of the night and take the temp if it feels warmer. 

    We just got home from the Dr. O has a UTI. Poor guy was put through lots of tests today.

    My Pedi's advice is to let LO sleep. She says that sleeping helps bring the fever down. However I would still check it without waking LO up. Hope Lo feels better soon.
