teething

And with all the exra drool all over shes getting rash on her chin and cheeks. Should i just keep using aquaphor or do you mommies suggest anything else. Poor baby. I am just nervous and dont want it getting worse

  • I found it's much easier to prevent it than to get rid of it. Keep her in a bib or keep a burp cloth handy so you can wipe her face frequently. Wiping with a wet washcloth and patting it dry a few times a day also helps.

  • Thank you so much. I have the teething bibs around her etc. But never thought about wiping with a wet cloth throught the day. On saturday i came home from work and her facewas so rashy.needless to say i chewed dh out. I told him to keep the stuff on her face. If i could stay home with her everyday i would lol. My poor baby
  • I'm in the same boat you are.  DD has a red spot under her chin and I've just been using Aquaphor a bunch.  If I use it consistently during the day, I have noticed that it fades but definitely hasn't gone away.  I do wipe her off frequently during the day.  Let us know if you find something that works!
