Stomach Muscles Healing

How long did it take for your muscles to feel healed?  Like where if you move a certain way or use them they didn't feel like your stomach was being ripped apart?

    It only took a couple weeks to feel mostly healed (although I know/knew they weren't).

    I'd say I stopped feeling the sharp pains completely by 4 weeks.

    Ditto!  My stomach muscles still felt super weak at 4 weeks but most all the pains when I would make sharp moves or lift baby, etc. wouldn't hurt.
