I let her hold the spoon today and it was so awesome. She knew exactly what to do and she didn't choke herself at all. It wasn't even that much of a mess!

Nice! Love the photos! Isn't it crazy that they basically know what to do with a spoon from the very first time? They may not have the motor skills, but they know what's up.

Best thing I did was wait until 6m this time! It was SUCH an easy experience. I remember it being a bit tougher with Edie. This time, Adeline was eating WHILE we were eating. She just gnawed on the spoon while I ate my dinner. So cool.

Aww so cute! Lexi snatched my spoon out of hand yesterday and started shoving it in her mouth. We still haven't started solids (leaning towards BLW) but she sure seemed to know what she was doing!
