  I like the FN Cara the best, but I don't love it paired with Kathleen. The sound is too similar to me.

  Penelope rose would have been my favorite if it was an option! But Penelope was the only first name even close for me.

  I like Cara Kathleen, but they do sound quite similar. It sounds like a name that she would be called by the full name (you know how some friends you say their first name, but other people you cant help but say first and last, like this is my friend Katie, and this is my other friend SarahCrocker) she may become CaraKathleen.

  My favourite is Amelia Jean - that combo sounds so great!! Cara is my second choice. Amelia Rose number three... and then Penelope Jo last. I love the name Penelope, but not with Jo.... Jo seems like a NN to me, short for Josephine, Joanne, etc.

  This. I love Penelope, but really dislike Jo. I much prefer Penelope Rose, unless Jo is a family name which changes things!

  I voted Amelia Rose.

  I LOVE Penelope Jo, but I feel like since Kourtney Kardashian named her daughter Penelope this year, it's going to skyrocket, and overtake the girl world!

  DD middle name is Jo.  I love it!  Similiar to the name Penelope we paired it with a very long femine first name and I think it flows much nicer than Josephine.  I often call her by her first and middle name because it makes me smile whenever I say Jo (I think it is SO CUTE!).
