Sorry I have been slacking! I have been out of town the last couple of weeks. Needless to say it did not really help me with my fitness I weighed my self the other day and I am still pretty much where I was before I left (so that is a good thing). I also decided to add some yoga into my workouts and it has really helped with my knee.
How is everyone else doing?!

Doing great this week! I'm down 3.1 (almost at my goal weight) and ran every day! I slacked a little today - only ran 1.5 miles instead of my ususal 3, but it is Friday after all
I'm late checking in and I haven't been working out enough. I started doing 30 day shred, but I only did the first day, then took 3 days off, so tonight (Saturday) I started it over again. I will say that it is a tough workout even if it is only a 20 minute workout. Working out after Chase goes to sleep isn't cutting it, so I'll have to do it right when I get home from work. That is my plan at least.
Chase saw me working out tonight and started to copy me, and he loves my hand weights. He's going to be in shape before I am!
