J and I would like to dress up as the teenage mutant ninja turtles (the women's non skanky version, of course). It probably won't happen anytime soon though, because we don't really dress up for halloween. Maybe that will change once we start our family
We're not big halloweeners, but this year we thought we might be Sophia Grace and Rosie. Neither of us are pink tutu kind of girls, in fact V leans definitely more to the butchy side of the house, so we think it'll be hilarious. I better go and buy some tulle!

I saw a picture of this on Pinterest and so want to do it this year...Bleeker and Juno from the movie "Juno!"
we had every intention of this when DW got pregnant...then it took longer than we thought. Then....the one Halloween when she was pregnant she was like 2 weeks pregnant
We have never really dressed up. M is very introverted and doesn't like things that draw attention. I ordered a shirt to wear that is an xray on black shirt with two baby skeletons on it. The two baby skeletons have blue bow ties to show they are boys lol.
My mom absolutely thinks it is gross (it's totally nothing different than a skeleton t-shirt) so I definitely plan to wear it in front of her.
I love the Juno idea!!!!

When I was in 7th grade my friends (all girls) and I did Gilligan's Island. It was super cute!
C never did Halloween as a kid, and we don't usually do it. The only year we did was when our DJ friends were doing a big club night and we went out. We were an OBGYN and patient. I wore a paper gown and C wore a lab coat with a speculum in her pocket.
I'm not sure about family themes when we have kids, but perhaps we will at some point, especially if I'm willing to make the costumes.

We haven't done a couple coustume but for this yr I really want to do a family coustume. The only thing I can find we can do together is the skeleton family that way the new baby can be a part of this Halloween :
Re: Friday Fluff
We always to duo costumes even b4 we had kids.
I used to be Eddie from the Munsters and M was Lilly
Last year the girls were cows I was a butcher and M was a PETA protestor - so we try to do stuff like that
This year I am hoping to do the chicken and the egg ( hope its as cute as thiswillbe's duo) and us go as the modern American Gothic couple...
but what to do when they start picking their own costume ... when does that happen?

My kids started choosing their costume when they were 3.5y (pirates.)
I always wanted to get two "female outlets" and have both L and I dress up.
That's funny because at our garage sale last week one couple was selling this set. If only someone else had been selling another......
I have never really dressed up for Halloween...am I missing something here???
And I like FF, needs to stay!
