This is how I found our Night Nanny. We used Carla. Our pediatrician recommended this company. She was amazing and worth every penny. She would come at 9pm and leave at 9am. We had a room for her to use as her own and Aiden would sleep in a bassinet that flowed from room to room. I've had some friends that just used one 23 nights a week and others that were more full time 57 nights or week on/week off. I hated the not sleeping and it was much more enjoyable during the day for me to have the nanny at night. If you're able to afford it I highly recommend it. The first year goes by so fast and it's just not worth having bad days because you didn't get enough sleep the night before.
