Does anyone else's kid do this?

I guess DS is "perfect" all day long and as soon as I come to pick him up, he gets super fussy.  Like doesn't want to be held, doesn't want to be down on the ground, just all-around cranky and nothing makes him feel better.   My parents and MIL take turns watching him and they both say the same thing...he's been great all day, no fussing at all (until you got here). 

Now it's starting to bother me, why does get get so fussy when I go to pick him up?  He's happy to see me at first and then the fuss comes shortly after.  He's like this even when he's just been fed and just woken up from a nap.  After we get home he seems happy and the fussing stops.

    DS does this when I leave him at my inlaws for any length of time. It's like he's pissed off for me leaving him there lol. I hope you are able to get it figured out!

    I have the opposite problem. They (my sister and MIL) tell she was good all day but not nearly as happy as she is when I walk through the door.

     Makes me happy and sad at the same time.
