I have been having contractions on and off all day, so i started to just write down when they were coming just in case. They aren't very regular, plus they just don't feel real, so I am not really worried. But then some co workers saw me wince and write down the time, and they were like "Oh my GOD!!!!! You are going to have the baby right here! Go home, go home!" I assured them that I will probably be in allllll next week and allll the week after as well!
I am definitely feeling unprepared to hand over my class though....I have a feeling I may not make it until my last day of Oct 12th (not really going on anything other than the fact that A was 12 days early, and that's only 9 days before my due date, so I just know it's possible). I have this feeling they are just going to be in the middle of something and it's going to be such a weird transition.

Re: Definitely freaked out some co-workers...
I totally would, but they would make me take my sick days. I don't have that many!
Haha, I love how everyone always thinks you are going to go RIGHT THEN when contractions pop up here and there.
I was definitely the teacher who went in to labor two weeks early, leaving her poor sub a stack of research papers to grade before the end of the semester!
Ahh, don't blame you then! With C, my stomach was straight out and I was big very early on. For months, every time I walked in to a meeting, people would ask if they were going to have to deliver my baby. * eye roll *
