Refusing one side

Just this week at 3.5 months, DS started refusing my right side. I don't think it has to do with me because I can get him to take it if he lies the same way as when he feeds on the left and just move him over, but he will not lie on his left side for cradle anymore. What gives?
I took him to the doctor and he doesnt have an ear infection or anything so now I have no idea why this is happening.

Hmm...I was going to guess ear infection but if that's been ruled out...does he have any sort of boo boo on that side? Could he possibly getting a tooth early (sometimes teething makes their mouths hurt and can affect how they want to latch)?
