I've lost 3 pounds. Its bizzare 'cause now that i'm eating breakfast, i end up hungry all day so I'm constantly eating.
I also cut out beer during the week and anything but water for three hours before bedtime so i'm not completely attributing it to the eggs, but hell, three weeks of the 30DS and I gained weight.

Heck yeah. Those all sound like good habits to get into.

Also, how do you prepare your eggs? I'm afraid, I like mine with ketchup so it might not be too healthy...

But is this because you're gaining muscle? Muscle is more dense than fat, so if you're converting it, you're bound to gain. Don't go by the scale, go by your measurements - do your clothes fit differently? Do you feel different?
I should do 30DS again. I never finished it the last time I tried. It was hard. Way to go for sticking with it! Keep up the good work!
yes and no. I knew i was gaining muscle weight and maybe burning a little fat, but the only place i saw the difference was my arms, and I'm just too shallow to consider that progress.
I know exactly what you mean. IMO, if my pants aren't too big, then it's not progress!
