I realized today that since C is up and running around, we might want to get him some more suitable shoes for the winter. He's been wearing regular Stride Rite sneakers and sandals all summer, but I figure something warmer and/or waterproof might be better for the inevitably crappy PA winter we're going to have.
What wintery shoes does your LO have? Any recommendations?
Re: Wintery shoes?
I got these for A. Not sure how they are going to hold up in the snow but they looked good for the colder weather.
ETA: They are Stride Rite Garret.
Well, we definitely won't have that problem, but what about some Keen's? I've worn my own for countless snowy European trips in the middle of winter and they've held up so well!
I saw those and LOVED them, but they're so expensive. :-( I have this irrational fear that the more I spend on shoes, the faster he will outgrow them. lol
On the other hand, its only higher end shoe brands that actually have wide widths, so I may be getting more SRs for him anyway!

I love SRs but refuse to pay full price so I just stalk Babysteals and Zulily for them. We need wides too and it really hard to find anything in wides instores.
