So my husband would really like to wear our 13 week old baby boy who is a chunky 15 pounds. The problem DH has run into is that his love for beer shows in his somewhat large beer belly i say this lovingly as I have no better way to describe him.... So we have a beco Gemini and a ringsling. The Gemini doesn't seem to work at all on the front as LO is squished against his belly and not at all comfortable. Will we just have to wait a few months til LO can do a back carry?? He hasn't tried the ring sling yet, as I just learning myself and can't advise him on the best carry positions. Can anyone help? He is about 5'9". I don't want to encourage his babywearing enthusiasm. It don't know where to start!
Re: Best baby carrier for husband
What just happened in my diaper?!
My guess is that he's wearing baby a bit low - I agree posting a pic could help us trouble shoot!
With the ring sling, an upright tummy to tummy position works great for all body types!

Sorry I have no advice but I just wanted to share that when I read your title I laughed I just suddenly got an image of you trying to put your husband in a carrier and thought
Well that can't be good for your back
Baahahahaha!
