Maybe a top 3
For me:
*I always loosen the car seat straps so much when I am taking her out that it takes forever to get her snuggly into the seat the next time we are going out
*when she would still take cereals, I always made too much. First it was too thick. Then thin. Then thick again
*getting all the food stick off her after a meal. She always has something left on her face or in her hair
Re: What are you bad at (mothering/parenting related)?
2. Installing the car seat. I always make DH do it if we've had to move it for some reason.
3. Wiping diaper cream off my finger before it winds up on his thighs, feet, etc.
I'm also terrible with the nail clipping and the face wiping.
When DS eats I don't always put a bib on him and I end up with a much bigger mess than necessary.
I often fail to notice when DS pulls off his socks and decides to chew on them (while he's riding in his stroller).
I don't care if DS plays with the dog's toys. (She doesn't care either)
1 - remembering things! I alway forget SOMETHING when I leave the house with DD. This morning, I forgot her entire diaper bag in the house & didn't realize it until all the way to daycare.
2 - playdates! I really want to connect with other moms in my area, but rarely follow-through with scheduling get togethers with them.
3 - messy baby! *CountingUp*, I am also terrible at getting all the food off of my DD after she eat. I think I do great job, but then notice a piece of something on her or her clothes hours later!
*Also bad at getting all the food off of DD
*suctioning her nose (she's sick this week and I'm sure her little nose is raw and sore)
*making sure my husband and I speak to her in our respective languages (other than English of course) I really really want to get better at that.
