I'm considering joining a local CSA for several reasons, one of which is to make sure we are feeding our baby local fruits and veggies. Does anyone have one they recommend in the Dallas area?

    Their website is pretty powerful and lists the farms and coops. Although I have not shopped at anyone that's listed. By local, how much local do you mean? I used to love HEB when we lived in Austin, they would sell a lot more Texas Grown, since moved to Plano I have not been able to find a farmers market that I like or the price would be reasonable.  I mostly shop at sprout.

    Walnut Creek Farms - I'm not sure where all they deliver, but google them & check out their website. I've considered joining their CSA, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

    Their stuff isn't entirely local, but they buy local whenever they can. And they have lots of pickup locations in the area.
