Help me find a t-shirt!

I mentioned before that DS's bday party is OSU/football themed. Well, I found an awesome tutorial of how to make a really cute jersey from a plain white t-shirt(and your own fabrics). I've been looking everywhere but I can not find a plain white t-shirt! It has to be crew neck because you cut the collar out to add your own colored fabric and to make it a v-neck. All of the infant ones I have found have those weird wide necks where they stretch(I hope you guys know what I'm talking about, haha).

I have looked everywhere from craft stores to Target to Walmart to Babies R Us and still can't find one. I have found one online at Amazon but I don't want to pay $6 shipping for a $4 purchase, ya know? Any idea of any other stores that might carry some?

Also, a side note. I have found some in 2Ts and such but DS is in less than the 10% for weight and is a little thing. He still wears 6-9months but I bought some of the 2Ts just to try and he swam in them. Sad

I'm hoping to find a 12m or 18m one so it can be a little big but not huge.

I found mine for C's birthday shirt at hobby lobby. I believe they even had some in 9 month sizes, but i got him 12 month and it fit pretty well. He wears pretty much 9 or 12 month size clothes in carters brand, if that helps!
