I meant all these posters coming out of lurkdom today. I can't believe they've been reading this whole time and not chiming in our discussions. I can't keep my mouth shut!
My main reason for lurking is that someone has already said what I would so I don't see the point in being redundant. I tend to post mainly in check ins for things I'm doing myself like WW or C25K.
I've been tempted to post before and always chickened out! Today with so many other people doing intros and everyone being welcoming I decided to go for it.
I am all for new posters joining the group! I was just surprised you've held out this long.
Well in my case I've seen many members being mean or rude to new ppl n I was always afraid of "not fitting" but with so many posting today for first time I thought why not?!
I can't keep my mouth shut, but I can't post from my dang kindle, so I mostly just talk outloud to you guys like a total weirdo... I really really dislike bump mobile but I can just respond or post from my phone and scroll and lurk from my kindle. OR I could just go get new keyboard buttons for my laptop that I spilled pesto all over and ruined sad face

Have you tried the html button on your kindle? Its still quirky but it works. I just posted this. I have trouble with spacing and quotes sometimes though. This is a good example of that.I lurked cause I'd always come with a question and would usually get an answer without needing to write anything. Seems like a good time to get more involved though
No, but really, it's a combination of not knowing what to say and having a hard time keeping up with the conversations. And my husband has a huge thing about privacy. We never announced our pregnancy on FB or anything and he thinks that if I post a picture of E that the internet gods will own it for 10 years or some dastardly adoption agency will steal it and put in on their website. Even with a watermark over her face. Yet, it's okay to post a pic with her just not of her. I can't follow his logic.
I've wanted to post for a while, but I just didn't know how I would fit in. Plus it was hard to keep up and that made it intimidating. I think having people really want us lurkers out made it easier. I'm really excited to participate here though!
Hah, I post only occasionally but I read most posts. Just the discussion is usually over by the time I get to a post. Also, I lurked for about 5 months during pregnancy because I had an old iPhone and couldn't post from it until I updated the OS.
Re: Wow I am in shock that there are so many people lurking!

I agree.

Ding Ding Ding!! We have a winner@
This also. A prefers the right breast, so most of my bumping is left-handed and sometimes I dont feel like going through the hassle
