He signed the consent!
Just talked to my e-mom and she said the father went in and signed his consent yesterday. I'm still waiting for my attorney to verify he signed/filled out everything necessary (my attorney set it up for him to sign at a place near his house since he lives 2 hours away), but so far so good. I am very excited about this and feel like this is a huge accomplishment!
Being so close to the due date and him refusing to let my attorney have his address and phone number to get paperwork drawn up was super frustrating, and made me wonder if he was going to cooperate at all, but I don't have to worry about that anymore!

ha yea, it's been stuck there since the due date (9/15).
6 home inseminations=BFN

June 2012-Decided to give up TTC and started the process to adopt from foster care!
