skin test with cold symptoms?

DS is scheduled for skin testing again today.  Can he get tested if he is a runny nose and had 100.5 temp last night.  Woke up and is playing fine...just pretty stuffy.  I really want to get the testing because we always cancel due to benadryl or sickness.  this seems so mild to me but don't want anything to screw up the results either.
