We had budget & time restrictions this year, so we're only going to Philadelphia for a few days. We are going to squeeze in the Please Touch Children's Museum, Adventure Aquarium, and a day at the indoor water park. Nothing extravagant, but it's a little something to get us away

ugg, nothing this year because we bought a house, but last year we went to Storyland in NH, a few nights in Cape Cod and next year we're going to Disney

We just got back from a week in FL. We rented a condo on the beach in Treasure Island (near St Pete and Clearwater). It was great, really laid back with the beach and pool, plus there's enough to do in the area that broke up the week. We hit the FL Aquarium in Tampa and even drove up to Disney for a day (about 90 minutes away).

We went to the Smoky Mts this year. It was alot of fun, but if I could do it all over again I would make it just myself, DD, and DH instead of his whole family, to many minds to have to make up where and what to do next. DD loved the Dixie Stampee, and riding the air taxi. My DH loved Cooter's Garage(Dukes of Hazard Museum). And I loved the views-Beautiful!

We stayed fairly local which is the beach in New Jersey (i avoid saying jersey shore b/c it's NOT like THAT). If you are in GA, you are a million miles (or what feels like) closer to the Fla Keys than I. We love it there and DH is trying to talk me into going next Spring. We took DS when he was just over 2 and it was so fun and laid back.

This summer we didn't do anything big, just a few weekends away at my parents house, they live in the country and it's fun to visit in the summer.

Next summer, we are leaving the baby at home and heading to Disney with our DD, who will be 4 and a half next summer. She's super duper excited and I think she will be talking about it for the next year:)

We did Disneyworld. Next year we are planning on going to Hawaii with my sister, BIL, niece and nephew.

We were lucky enough to do two "big" vacations. We rented a house at the Outer Banks for a week in June and then we went to California for a wedding in August, but fit in Disneyland for 5 days and the beaches for a few days too. Have fun planning, that's half the fun for me!

This summer we went to Hilton Head Island, SC for week and did some long weekend trips as well - camping, Savannah, GA, Atlanta (GA aquarium), etc. Last summer we spent a week at St. George Island, FL (loved it!). This year we are going to Disney and will probably be doing some long weekends to the beach as well.

Every year my side of the family (my parents, sibs and all the kids) go someplace for a week. We aim for someplace with a beach or pool (or both if possible) and sicne we have around 18 people (give or take as my brothers kids are older and can't always make it) we stay in a large house or 2 like we did this year, we rented 3 condos. WE stayed at a ski/golf resort in MI this year but in the past have done Hilton Head, Bar Harbor, Maine, Brainerd, MN, a small farm town in Canada just north of MI. WE try to pick someplace new each year. It is a ton of fun. We have also done Stowe, VT and Nargassate, RI in recent years. DH and I take the girls to Duluth, MN around the 4th of July some times. WE are planning a trip to the Wisconsin Dells this winter and we are heading to Disney (both a cruise and WDW) this fall with my parents. We have a goal to hit every state in the US with the kids and we have no issue doing road trips and camping. We didn't make camping this summer but are hoping to do that next summer. We are also going to FL this winter but that is a trip for a family event and not so much on the fun side.

We did a fam vacay to Mx and just rtn from Sarasota/Orlando (WDW) trip. We make an annual trip to MD or FL to see our families and do a few days (just us) in a nearby city.
