Nanny Shares?

I live in South Minneapolis and work in St. Louis Park. I recently learned about the idea of nanny sharing from ladies in my prenatal yoga class. Has anyone had experience with this? I think it sounds like a great idea! I don't have any friends with young kids, so I'm not sure how to go about looking for another family to share a nanny with. Any suggestions?

    I looked into this for a time. I found some families on craigslist who were looking for nanny shares as well. You could post there too and see if you got any interest.
