HCG with multiples?

Lurker here. Anyone with multiples have an HCG drawn at 7 weeks? I made the mistake of looking at a HCG chart with singleton vs twin pregnancy and totally freaked my self out. My levels today were 145000 I had a draw due to minor spotting during a yeast infection. Anyway, I know I won't know for sure until I get an ultrasound but I just thought I'd ask for some comparisons. TIA!

    Beta levels this late in the game are unreliable .  The only thing that level,is telling you, is that your body is producing HCG.  The only way to confirm a multiple pregnancy is with ultrasound.  Astronomical levels could indicate a molar pregnancy.

    Whoa. That's high. Mine was 38,000 at 6 weeks with twins, but I lost a twin. My doc told me 38,000 at 6 weeks was a bit higher then whats usual.

    All of my draws were above the median twin range, I'm just having 1.

    i just got a report from my dr and it lists " normal" ranges from 6-18 weeks. my liet says at 7 weeks normal hcg levels are4,059-153,767
