Are you ladies avoiding things like cold cuts? I have a training day this Wednesday and they are ordering Jimmy Johns for lunch for all of us, and I have no idea what I'm supposed to tell them to order for me.

Re: Avoiding cold cuts?
ill admit, ive had some
but I really do try to limit it. Maybe try the veggie avacado, sprouts etc? Its actually really good and I usually take most of my meat off my JJ sandwich anyways
I know I should do everything I can to avoid it all, after going through everything.....
I ate cold cuts. I think it's fine, I mean listeria can be found on SO many other things you'll get to the point where you can't eat anything. But that is a personal opinion.
Try a meatball sub? They are cooked and delicious, or a tuna sub. Or a cooked chicken breast sub. (I've never been to this restaurant so I'm basing my sub choices off of other sub places I've been to)

Can you nuke the sammich in the microwave to warm it up? Also, PP mentioned sprouts, and I know JJ puts alfalfa sprouts on their sandwiches (or used to...). My clinic gave me info that said no raw sprouts, so I would chunk those if they come on it.
I feel uber paranoid all the time with these rules, LOL!

I've had a turkey sandwich a handful of times. 3 time I bought the meat and made/ate the meat the next day at noon. 2 other times I had it toasted. Once I only ate a little. Doing my best not too. It's hard.

I have had lunch meat a handful of times through out my whole pregnancy. I just try not to eat it all the time.
If you can though get something that has been warmed up instead of just cold. Anything like tuna or chicken salad would work or meatball subs. Also if they have something that is like a cooked chicken breast would work.
If those don't appeal to you or are not an option then I wouldn't worry to much about it and go ahead and get whatever kind you like.
