Well, I need to have a tooth pulled tomorrow...

I chipped my bottom left wisdom tooth today. I needed to have it out, anyway, but I was hoping to wait until after the baby was born since I'm not thrilled about taking pain meds while pregnant. My midwife gave me a letter for my dentist about what's safe and said certain pain meds will be fine since I only need them for 2 - 3 days. But still... I'm not excited about it.

And DH will be gone from 8am - 10pm tomorrow. My appointment is at 10am and I'm huge baby so I won't have anyone to complain to. blehhhh.

Ouch! I chipped my back molar and they were going to pull it but when they looked at a previous x-ray, the roots were too far up and the risk of infection to the baby was higher if they pulled it than leaving it alone. So I'm not just dealing with it until the baby comes. Good luck tomorrow I'm sure you'll be fine.

Thanks. I'm sure it will be fine, just need to vent. I'll catch up on my trash t.v. the next couple days, haha.

I had a pretty badly infected wisdom tooth with my last pregnancy and the dentist refused to touch me! I ended up going to my O/B and he prescribed antibiotics and pain meds. I had them removed as soon as I file after the baby!

Good luck, I know dental problems are no fun during pregnancy.
