Both of my kiddos have been on the slower side when it comes to talking. It might be because we speak 2 languages at home. DS babbles A TON but none of it makes sense. I wish we had a translator! But anyway, yesterday I turned on the computer to get online. Sometimes when DD is watching TV, I'll turn on Baby Einstein on the computer (he calls it, "Blah!" because the dragon in it goes, "Blah!") for him to see. So he saw me turn on the computer and he came over to me and said, "Wat (watch) Blah? Wat Blah?"
I know, not a big deal for many, but this was his first two-word phrase! Hopefully more will come soon!
Re: AW: First two-word phrase!
YAY! That's awesome. Even better it was a positive phrase. My son's first 2 word combo was "no mama" lol
BFP #2 5/27/12. EDD 2/1/13. m/c and D&C 6/21/12.
Hahaha...A's was when I was going into a public restroom and he looked at me and said, "mama pee pee?" Would have been nice not to have my bodily functions as his first 2 word phrase, but hey...
Aw! I love how big they are all getting! Nate's was screamed at Daddy in the middle of the night - "Want Mama!"
