So I went to my first Mom's meetup this weekend and...

well, I didn't really get to meet anyone...

I got there, and there was about 6 moms there with their kids, and I got Kyler out of the car, and open the front door to get out my diaper bag and purse, and I heard my knee pop really loud, and it buckled... I went down (thankfully I landed on the ledge of my car, and Kyler wasn't hurt or startled or anything...

I yelled out to the moms there where 2 of them came over, and I ended up calling 911 b/c i didn't know if it could possibly be broken or not... well, I was able to move my toes and bend it, so I signed off to not be taken in to the ER by ambulance.

My husband came and picked me up and I went to get it looked at. ER says I torn the cartilage in my knee, and now there is fluid starting to fill up there. So I had to make an appointment for this Wednesday afternoon with an orthopedic specialist.

Oh joy! But... on the website for the meet up group, I let everyone know how I was and what happened. They gave me the award for "Best Entrance to a Moms Meetup" lol
