Help multiple LH? and rising/dropping temps?

Hey ladies i am new to temping. Took tamoxifen this month ...but temps are weird since I don't know how to share my chart from another site I will list it below....did I not ovulate but had a dip and a spike??? THoughts?

CD 10 96.35

cd 11 96.48

cd 12 98.6 (throw out user error) BD

cd 13 98.6 t(hrow out user error)

cd 14 96.48 + LH surge, BD

cd 15 96.23 neg LH surge

cd 16 97.18 neg LH surge, BD

cd 17 96.45 neg LH surge

cd 18 97.14 neg LH surge

cd 19 96.48 + LH surge

cd 20 96.35 + LH surge

My Ovulation Chart


Me: 41 DH: 46. We are TTC our 1st, started July '11,
3 cycles clomid with Ob,
1 cycle Tamoxifen with Ob,
Diagnosed PCOS 11/5/12
clomid, trigger & timed bd 12/12 BFN
1st clomid IUI 1/4/13 BFN.
2nd clomid IUI 2/13 cancelled didn't respond to clomid.
3/15/13 scheduled laparoscopy & on bcp.

May 10 IUI from injectibles - BFN 

May 22 done with interventions it will either happen or it won't. 

February 2014 No longer actively trying, but not preventing. 

SURPISE BFP 4/2/2015!!!!!!!!!!

    Does not appear you ovulated. Those temps are low.

    I don't think you ovulated either, you had a plus on cd 19 so I would watch your temps for the next few days and see if they rise.

    I had a + on cd 23 and after an ultrasound they said it was just a fluke and I hadn't ovulated yet.

    Thanks ladies, it was the 2nd LH surge that threw me. I had thought I ovulated based on the earlier temps, but we will see...I hate that I have a 35/40 day cycle. Its agony waiting to do things!
