I saw the very end. I wish they would have discussed more about how she didn't take the epi. I think it's awesome that she delivers her own baby! The way it should be.

Wait... she didn't take the epi? She must have. She was completely silent and peaceful during her birth... isn't that impossible!? I had an unmedicated birth and it was NOT like that.

I thought in a previous episode she was kind of bashing unmedicated births. Something about how crazy that is. Am I wrong?

Yea they watched one and were kind of making fun of it. I think she got the epi. If she didn't she is some kind of warrior birther who does not feel pain.

No, she did not take the epi. She was not bashing unmedicated births, she was commenting about home births and waterbirths and how the example she saw was not what she wanted. Yes, it is completely possible to have a peaceful natural birth. Throughout my labor my doula and husband couldn't even tell when I was having a contraction. I breathed quietly through them. Like anything else, every birth is different. Some people have wild births with lots of yelling (like the waterbirth depicted on the show) and some are much more calm.

Nope she didn't get the epi. I don't mean to be all "woohoo me" but I was very much the same way with my unmedicated birth, even my nurses were commenting on how calm I was.

What was the deal with Khloe? Is she fertile?

I pulled my baby out. I wasn't expecting too, but when the midwife offered, I just did it. It was amazing and felt so natural, like of course I want to pull him out!
Well, I stand corrected! I am seriously impressed with you natural birth mamas having a calm birth like that. I wasn't screaming my head off but I certainly was not all zen like Kourtney was. I always thought moaning during contractions would be in my control but it totally was not- I couldn't help it. Maybe next time I'll be different. Good for you guys!
I went full on medication. I used up 3 bags of epi medicine, and still felt most of it. AND! I screamed like a wild banshee, and told them to get the effing kid out of me now.

Confused because I thought she said "I'm getting it" in the scene.
I re-watched it because DH said she got the epi too so maybe she did? I thought at first that she was going to but the nurse said she's at 10 cm so she didn't. Plus I remember reading an interview with Kim I think that said she was so proud to watch her sister birth her child unmedicated.

This confused me too and that's why I thought she got it. Google tells me she didn't though.
Re: Did anyone just watch the kardashians?
