BM has decided not to purchase any of SS1's senior pictures

I am disappointed for him. If she is unwilling to pay for pictures, I doubt that she will make the trip here for his graduation. Again, disappointed for him.

I would not presume to assume that just because she doesn't want or cannot afford the pictures that she won't or can't make the graduation.

My SDs BM (DH had custudy) never bought the class pictures, including the senior ones. But she did make it up for SDs graduation.

I wouldn't assume that either. Neither of my nephew's parents paid for any of his senior year expenses at all, pictures, invitations, housing, clothes, cap & gown, ect. I paid for them all, yet they both showed up to graduation.

My mom couldn't afford senior pictures for me. Doesn't mean she was/is terrible, just couldn't afford them. My mom was the CP.

She can afford them. She just bought herself a new Harley, car, and two dogs. She lives several states away. No CS. No visitation. She made some comments over the summer about SS1 living with her (no visits) but stopped when we said there wouldn't be any CS for her.

She says she can't afford the transportation of SS1 and SS2 therefore she doesn't see them. She goes on vacations with her friends instead. She has said many times that she will never come here (to see the boys) because she hates this area of the country.

Then you need to start preparing the boys.

However, is there a CO regarding custody and child support? If so, are you fighting to get your child support?

Our CO has us as full custody. She has visitations when DH agrees to them. She agreed to this when we waived CS. She is supposed to ask nothing of us and we in turn ask nothing of her. And she does n.o.t.h.i.n.g.

She rarely send gifts for birthdays/holidays. I'm continuously amazed by how little she does for them.
