Hi Everyone! I recognize a few of you from TTC over 35. I am slightly over the 8 week mark. I am thrilled/shocked as to how fortunate we were to get pregnant so quickly. With my age I was fully expecting this to be more of an issue than it ended up being. I know several of you had a harder road so please know I am not saying this to brag. I had been hanging out on the April 2013 boardbut glad I checked this one. I have my first appointment with the high risk doc in Oct for the first tri screening. Our first reg appointment went well. I'm just trying to not worry about all of the what ifs. I'm also looking forward to a day when non bland food sounds good again!
Re: Intro
Hi and welcome! I was also very fortunate in the TTC department and hope it won't come back to bite me in the butt. I am also due in April and have been hanging out on the April 2013 board as well. But this board is a lower-drama place, which I definitely appreciate.
Congratulations on your pregnancy and H&H 9 months to you!

Congrats!! 8 weeks here too! I know how you feel. Other than nausea and having to eat bland food constantly, you wouldn't know I was pregnant. So I feel like I could go into my ultrasound this Wednesday and have there be nothing there. I am glad your first appointment went well. FX for a H&H 9 months!
