She is awake.

And won't go down for a nap. At all today.

When running errands this morning, she dozed in the car.  I said to DH "I feel like we are squandering her nap time by driving."

He assured me she would still take an afternoon nap. 

He was wrong.

Also: Sugary Sticky Substance That Resembles Caramel Apples.

    For clarity, the 'caramel' puddle is the left overs so I can eat it with a knife and a fork later.

    Ugh McKenzie did that today too. She woke up at 6:30 & ate, went back to sleep until 10:30ish. She ate and was up for the day. Around noon we went to go do laundry and she fell asleep in the car on the way home for 15 minutes. I couldn't get her to nap again until 4:30, where she only slept for like 45 minutes and has been up since. To get her to nap I had to walk around and rock & shush her. Normally she goes down when she's tired all by herself.

    She also didn't sleep well last night because she was so stuffy. Hopefully now that we have a new humidifier filter, she will sleep better. I went to refill it and noticed it was really gross so she didn't have it on last night.

    hahaha. Last year for DH's bday I got him a cookie cake cause he always talks about how much he likes them. It looked like it was made for a 7 year old with a sweet dragon and balloons on it. Well the bakery person was on break so I couldn't get them to write happy birthday and his name so I just bought my own frosting and though I could do it myself. I did, then I had all this extra creamcheese frosting so I just made spots all over it. Well, nothing dried it place, it all spread out and you couldn't really read what I wrote and the dragon looked like it jizzed all over the cookie cake. I took a pic and everyone I sent it to said the same thing but it was too late to get another one. Dh was really confused when he saw it. ETA: autocorrect fail
