Any guesses??

These are in the bottom of DD's humidifer everytime!! When you touch them they crumble ( and are kinda crunchy like a leaf) at first I thought it was just the humidifer filter but we have used it 10 times and it seems like there are more of them.

p.s. cleaning out a humidifer is the biggest PITA ever!!

Probably just sediment from your water? That would be my guess

Do you get this with anything else in your house, like maybe something in your water and it is just able to build up in the humidifer?
