Frozen dinner for a friend what should I make?

One of my very best friends just had her second baby boy and I want to help out by bringing them dinner this week. She was so thoughtful when I had ds she even brought us a breakfast casserol Christmas morning when we were in the hospital after having ds. I was thinking lasagna. What was a dinner that someone brought you after lo was born that you really loved?

    personally, I always love a good lasagna :) I actually didn't have anyone make me this when I had my baby and really really wanted it! I think people think, oh everyone makes lasagna. There's a reason, everyone loves it! :)

    I definitely think lasagna or, at the very least, pasta/salad/bread. (Not frozen but super easy to heat up.)

    I like to make empanadas. Just buy some refrigerated pie crust, cut them into circles, make whatever filling you like, stuff them, freeze them separately, then put them all into a big freezer bag. Then she can take out as many or as little as she likes and bake them in the oven. Big Smile
