We have been struggling with the sippy for months now. First, we tried this one:
The soft silicone part confused her and she couldn't get the hang of it so we moved on to this one:
I thought it would be easier with a harder sippy part. No dice. This one was even worse. I thought she'd maybe just skip the sippy altogether since she can drink from an open cup.
But while in the grocery store today we found this one:
It looks strange but when turned upside down, it doesn't spill. She pushes that flat center piece down when she brings it to her mouth and the water comes out. It's very similar to an open cup but she doesn't spill it all down her front.
She took it to immediately and just needs some practice to get it perfect. So so happy that we were able to find something that works!
Sorry this got long but I can't imagine that Charlotte is the only picky sippy baby out there. Just wanted to let everyone know about this gem we found.

To my angels- I held you every second of your lives and I'll love you every second of mine.
Yay! Glad you found something that works!
We've been using this one for a little over a month. He does well with it but he loves any of them with straws!
That looks pretty awesome!
DS uses a NUK sippy cup and loves it! Just recently he has learned to tip it over by himself, so now he can drink alone.
It's by Avent. I believe it's Natural Cup or something like that. C doesn't have a clue what to do with a straw so I haven't even though to invest in a straw cup.
