Happy Saturday! I know this is a day late. I think I need to switch the updates to Wednesdays; so be on the lookout in a few days for another one!
Please forgive me if I miss anyone's update. We welcome every member (graduates, current, lurkers, newbies etc.) to post an update each week. This gives us all an idea of where you are in your cycle or how you're doing. This is such a great place to meet other women in similar circumstances to share experiences, cheer each other on, get info and offer support.

Please post your update below and answer the QOTW: Have you done anything new or exciting recently? I find having goals and things to look forward to outside of treatments helps pass the time.
Re: *_*2IF Weekly UPDATE*_*
update: half way through 2ww.
QOTD: had a big yard sale today with several friends, i made some $ and it was fun! also last week DH and I got away for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary, was the first time we have both been away from DS together. so nice!
BFP 1/21/13, blighted ovum m/c 2/12/13
QOTW : I bought season tickets to children's theater. I'm excited to go with my DD.
QOTW: we are going to Disney world next year! Its been so much fun planning and my little guy is so excited!
Update:
I'm so excited to have my FET on Wednesday. I feel really positive. Bloated, but positive. My DH says "you're building a nest" so I'm entitled to the bloat (it still sucks!). I told my RE to use my single embryo but once it's thawed, if it doesn't look like a rock star, I want the option to reevaluate. He seemed pleased with our choice.
QOTW:
I'm running in the SF Giants race tomorrow. I'm doing the 10K! It's a beautiful course all along the Embarcadero, bordering the beautiful SF Bay. I'm excited for that and hoping it's my last race for a while! I just started running this year and I love it, it keeps my mind focused on something besides IF.
Lot's of luck this week ladies!
JM
Update: CD3, starting 75iu follisitim tonight! CD2 b/w was E2:57 and FSH: 7.3. My cysts had resolved themselves w/o BCP so we're good to go for another round.
QOTW: The boys are staying with my mom this weekend and DH and I went to some appliance showrooms today. We're going to convert the oil burning furnace to natural gas very soon and picking out a new stove, hood, and fireplace logs vs insert was one thing we just did not want to do with children in tow (as you can imagine!) I'm getting excited. House stuff is a great distraction for me. Something I can more easily control and project manage.
I think I may switch to blogging more about house stuff vs IF stuff. We'll see.
I am in the 2WW.
QOTW: On vacation this week to a place we have never been so that's pretty exciting. Looking forward to spending QT with DH and DD.

Update: AF finally arrived last night!!! Thank goodness. So we have officially started our 1st IVF cycle!
DH and I started antibiotics today and I'll start Lupron on cd22. I'm just so excited to finally be moving forward. Just praying and hoping, but we will be passing some of the time on vacation in a week so I'm super happy about that.
QOTW: We just had a garage sale which was wonderful to clean the house and purge. I'm also really looking forward to making my DDs Halloween costume this year. Hopefully it works out.

Missed our IUI this cycle due to early ovulation, but looking forward to getting the timing right next time. My son has a July birthday and we know soooo many kids with a similar birthdate so that must mean Sept/Oct are popular baby making months. Hope this is a good time of year for all of us!
QOTW: Nothing really new, my DS just started preschool so I'm looking forward to a little freedom in the mornings to work out more and get the house organized.

QOTW: not much new other than FET and being excited for cooler weather.
Update: In the 2WW, blood test 9/20 from my first FET. Have been really under the weather most of the time (migraines, terrible cold sores) so frankly will be relieved to have this over one way or the other! Amazing how some health changes can really give you perspective...
QOTW: So this was several weeks ago, but something I did this summer was my first sprint triathlon. I am NOT an athlete, have been a casual runner occasionally but only really doing 5Ks and that was years ago. Bunch of girlfriends from work convinced me to join them--it was the first time for all of us. It was SUPER fun! I had to literally breaststroke the entire way (and it was only 400 m, in a pool) but I finished. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for something new I decided do it after my m/c last year and it really helped me to have something specific to focus on and the regular exercise did wonders to help me bounce back. And it was just a small local race so everyone was super nice and supportive. Just a really positive experience.
Qotw: I am pretty boring and have nothing new going on. Excited for fall and happy that football season started. My oldest is playing flag football and its a lot of fun to watch. My youngest started preschool. :' Very sad but exciting!
Update: Started BCP's on Tuesday for our FET, I go back this Tuesday for an office hysteroscopy, uterine sounding and more bloodwork. I will also talk with my nurse in person and get our FET cycle schedule. I'm nervous but excited to get this process going (this is our first official attempt at baby #2 since I'm pretty sure I haven't ovulated since DS #1 was born).
QOTW: Not much new/exciting here. I try to stay active and plan activities with DS #1 on my days off work each week though. We're also planning a trip to Kona for December which I'm starting to plan more
Hi girlies!
Update:
https://community.thebump.com/cs/ks/forums/thread/68748115.aspx
this is just easier
QOTW: Because of all that is going on with me (see above) I really, really am just trying to keep my LO a sticky baby and praying that this SCH goes away. I'm so, so scared. Being on pelvic rest for a month and now bed rest the past few days has really killed my workout routine and I'm feeling kind of depressed. I guess right now my goal is to stay positive and hope for the best. Prayers welcome.

Update: We finally made it to our first IUI! We didn't have a very high sperm count, but I am trying to stay positive and optimistic any way.
QOTW: My mom spent this past week with me to help me catch up on some house work. It was nice to have another adult around each day.
TTC #2 since 6/2010
10/2012 DH diagnosed with Epilepsy
A few failed IUIs summer 2012 and 2013.
DH taking clomid and waiting to see if he needs another vericocele repair.
Hoping for a 2015 baby or babies.
Wishing, hoping, waiting.
Oh no, I'm so sorry to read about all that is troubling you. Fingers crossed that this resolves itself quickly so you can get back to your routine (not to mention have a chance to enjoy the pregnancy!
)
No update. Still waiting!
Not much excitement around here
Rainbow Surprise Baby due 05/26/2017
Not much to update, going to see a new RE on monday. Hoping he has some answers, they are part of a larger hospital and just opened a satelite office which is still a 2 hour drive but better than the 4 hours to their actual clinic.
QOTW: DH and I are going away for the weekend and then going to the RE on monday so I am really looking forward to the weekend away! I usually try and plan vacations or weekends away to have something to look forward to!
No update, hoping to have one soon
QOTW: DH works almost 7 days a week with no vacation, hoping we can take one soon the last one was in 2008, boo. It would be a nice distraction at the very least.
Finally posting. I got in for the consultation with the RE on the 6th. He recommended clomid, trigger shot and then back to back IUI's (if ovulation wasn't confirmed the first day). I mentioned that I have a stressful job with a deadline of October 15th and he thinks we should wait until after that. So, it looks like the next IUI will be in November.
He actually didn't think MH's numbers looked that bad and he doesn't think I have much of a problem besides my hormones being slightly off. He is hoping the clomid will help with that.
QOTW: Just had DS's 3rd birthday party. It was really great. So much fun to see him enjoying his birthday.
Just wanted to say I am thinking about you.

Update: DH is going to be in another state during O this cycle. After my breakdown, we talked about DS and I going with him. Then at my CD3 monitoring the next day, I mentioned it and she said they can freeze some of DHs sperm and do an IUI (which we were doing this cycle anyway). Im so relieved we dont have to skip a cycle.
QOTW: I've been working up to my elbows in re-doing DSs room and im almost done. I love how its coming together. Tons of crafts, DIY and repurposing things.
