Baby Showers
My shower was AMAZING
My first shower was this past weekend (Sunday) and I was pleased and overwhelmed with the outpouring of love. It was a French theme with pink, black, and white as the colors. DH also had a "man shower" downstairs. My friend rented out 3 floors at a tower and each floor had something special.
The shower began at 6:30 pm and ended around 10. We joined the guys for a co-ed game around 7:45 and then we all went up to the top floor with a beautiful view of the city to cut the cake, have a toast, and open gifts. She also had wine and sparkling grape juice.
It was sooooo much more than I expected. My hostess laid the red carpet out for us. Everything was detailed. I felt so special. My husband enjoyed his friends and they brought him bibs and bottles for the LO. The guys had a big screen TV and were watching football so they were doing everything guys would do.
Us ladies played games and ate great food during the time that we shared with each other. My friends were saying they had a wonderful time and how glamorous it was. I'm still on Cloud 9.
