JFF- Help me choose a birthday dress!

I don't often spend a whole lot of money on clothes for DD. She's a Carter's kind of girl, but the birthday post below had me thinking about what I might have her wear. I don't typically have her wear very frilly or SUPER girly things, but what the heck.
